Carbon Activated

Carbon activated, or Activated Charcoal is an amorphous form of carbon characterized by high adsorptivity for many gases, vapors and colloidal solids. This Carbon is obtained by the distillation of mineral carbon. It is activated by a heating process which enhances its internal structure.
